Communication Designer Marketing (m/f/d)

Location: Munich - hybrid

Over 100,000 people manage more than 12 million apartments using processes that are often still manual, complex, and time-consuming. We support companies in reliably digitizing these workflows step by step — with clear structures, modern software, and real practical value.

To further accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Communication Designer to bring our brand and product to life visually. Working closely with our Product Marketing Team, you will be instrumental in translating complex SaaS solutions into clear, compelling visual design — from high-impact sales materials to our website.

• Visual conception and execution of key sales and marketing materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, use cases, whitepapers)

• Designing product-related content for our website, social media channels, and marketing campaigns

• Working closely with the Sales and Product Marketing teams to translate value propositions and messaging frameworks into a unified visual experience

• Continuously developing and maintaining our corporate design to ensure a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints

• Creating graphics and illustrations that explain complex software features in an easy-to-understand way

• Supporting product and feature launches through tailored visual storytelling

• At least 3 years of experience in communication design, graphic design, or visual design in a dynamic environment, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or tech setting

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in layout, typography, branding, and presentation design

• The ability to confidently translate complex, data-driven topics into appealing, easy-to-understand visuals

• Highly proficient in Figma and other standard design tools

• You don't just think in beautiful imagery, but understand business value and target audiences

• Structured, independent way of working with a high standard of quality

• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and good English skills
